Project Narrative
San Francisco is a city infamously known for having one of the highest rents around the United States. There been alot of discussion and arguments about tenents rights in these recent years as landlords are steeply increasing rent or scaling their homes to raise their house market value which caused tenents to be forced out of their homes. By using the SF Eviction Notices dataset, I will be exploring to see if the highest number of evictions are caused by affordability issues compared to other eviction reasoning. I would also like to examine the highest cause of evictions per neighborhoods and if possible monthly to see if there a correlation.
